Featuring: Japanese Food: Chicken teriyaki, maki sushi, inari sushi, California rolls usshi, udon, chirashi zushi, beef teriyaki, sanwiches, pastries and more.
Background: This annual Spring Japanese Food Festival supports the Sacramento Buddhist Church's affiliated organizations such as the Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, sports programs, youth groups and the Japanese language school. It will be one of the many fundraisers that will occur this year in order to contribute to the church building fund, scholarship fund, and improve other church facilities.
