YMCA Senior Health Fair

The YMCA Senior Health Fair is a free community event!
Learn about important senior resources: insights into nutrition, health, diabetes, housing, legal, emergency and transportation services.
More than 35 community services will participate in the Senior Health Fair.
In addition, the Y will provide blood pressure checks, balance and agility exercises, and demonstrations. This is an opportunity for everyone to learn and grow together.
