Thank you for learning more about the Sacramento Festival of Cinema. Created in 1995, the festival has grown into the centerpiece of Cinema arts in Sacramento and Northern California. In 2000 Access Sacramento assumed management of the event. In keeping with our mission of giving voice, we have created many opportunities for film and video artists.
