- Operating Rules & Procedures This document is required reading for all new members who wish to be program providers or program producers. This document is a .pdf document which can be read with the use of a free reader [Adobe Reader] which you can download from http://www.adobe.com/reader. The current version as of March of 2005 is vesion 7.0 and is available for both Macintosh and Windows computers.

- Membership Application Membership application is available for download. To become a member you must be a Sacramento County resident and provide proof of residency and ID at time of membership. Completed application must be submitted to our office in person for completion of membership. Orientation is also mandatory and offered on the 2nd Wednesday and 4th Tuesday of every month to answer questions and give you a tour of our facilities.

- Teen Membership Application Teen membership available for those between the ages of 14-17. You must be a Sacramento County resident and your parent/guardian must be present when application processed and signature and ID from both will be requested. Copy of transcript for files needed.
