Since January 2016, Jimmy Smiles has been bringing his passion for music to the KUBU and Access Sacramento family. With guidance from the late program director Shane Carpenter, Jimmy has honed his radio production skills and created a unique show that will have you tapping your toes and grinning from ear to ear.
Join Jimmy every Wednesday from 2 to 3 PM on 96.5 FM KUBU for “The Smiles Show” – a one-of-a-kind musical journey that explores a different theme each week. From songs that peaked at number two on the Billboard Hot 100 to tunes with a color in the title, Jimmy loves to find new and elusive themes that will surprise and delight his listeners.
