HD Mobile Studio Truck Production Summer Class
Want to learn how to do the production jobs that a big crew does out in the field? This round-robin training gives you hands-on training so you can experience all crew positions. Priority placement for those who have attended the Access Sac TV Studio Production class. But available to anyone with video work experience who is a member.
This class is designed to provide you with training on specific equipment so you’re ready to help with your own broadcasts or with Access Sacramento Game of the Week and Hometown TV broadcasts. This focused approach is not designed for each student to get exposure to all jobs on the truck. (Volunteering during events can further expand your training.)
All students will begin with camera set up and operation, but because of this fast-track method, we’d like to efficiently schedule students on other equipment for the remainder of the time.
___ Camera Operator (sets up cables, tripods and cameras)
___ Audio Engineer (sets up cables, announcer headsets, crowd mics, booth replay monitors, and runs the Audio Board.)
___ CG Operator (loads pre-built pages, updates and provides graphic content during the event)
___ Instant Replay (Operates 3-Play System, cues and starts camera replays, opens, PSAs and backgrounds)
___ Technical Director (operates the video switcher for cameras, replays and other content)
